The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. The rooms were very modern and stylish, with pleasant lighting and lots of natural light.
The lack of English channels on the TV, which only had Spanish TV, radio, and YouTube. It was also a bit inconvenient to have to install a program to watch Netflix from our phones on the TV.

It is also situated in a bustling commercial district, giving guests easy access to a wide range of shopping and dining options. the hotel is very close to all the important sites, allowing guests to easily explore the city on foot. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
One aspect that could be improved is the decor, particularly the use of red neon lights in the room numbers and the dark and dim hallways. It may give off a slightly uncomfortable vibe, resembling that of a red-light district.

The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to be near all the cafes and restaurants in the area. Plus, the hotel was just a short walk away from all the major attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. it was a fantastic experience.

The location of Chic & Basic Dot was perfect for exploring the city. Everything was within walking distance or a short scooter ride away. The room itself was modern and clean, despite being located on a busy commercial street. The staff was helpful and even provided me with an invoice in Greek without me asking. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and excellent service.
While the room was comfortable, I did wish it was a bit bigger. since I was out exploring all day, it didn't really bother me.

I loved how the hotel staff were so helpful, especially when it came to giving us directions and arranging taxis. The shower was refreshing and I appreciated the nonslip floor. The small shelves on each side of the bed were convenient for keeping our phones and glasses. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Plaza Mayor. There was a large grocery store almost across the street and a full-service laundry nearby.
Felt cozy, no complaints.

This hotel offers great value for money. It is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and the metro. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the necessary accessories. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast is delicious.
